* Rates range from $89- $189 per night plus tax.

* Group rate for all four rooms (occupancy 8) is $415 per night.

* To ensure a private bathroom, rent Room #2 for $189 per night.

· Your room can be reserved with a credit card for the equivalent of one night's stay plus tax.

· We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends (May 1st through October 31st) except for holidays when it is a three-night minimum.

· A full breakfast is served at 9 AM on our porch overlooking Little Traverse Lake, weather permitting. If the weather is not suitable for dining al fresco breakfast will be served in the dining & sitting room. Both the food and view is more than you could ask for. Your rate also includes an evening snack & drinks. We can cater to your special dietary needs so just let us know.

Details -

· Check-in: 4 pm. No early arrivals without prior arrangements. Check-out: 12 a.m.

· With less than 10 days notice of cancellation, a one-night charge will be billed. With less than 48 hours notice, a charge for your fully reserved stay will be billed unless the room can be re-rented.

· Children of all ages are welcome. Special arrangements will be made for one child 3 and under in the parents room at a $25.00 additional charge. Children 4 years and older it is suggested to occupy an additional room so youngster is in his/her own bed or rent room # 2 which has an additional full size bed, each child is an additional charge of $25.00 (room # 2 can accomodate two extra children).

· No smoking inside the house and no pets.
